Holy Bird is a documentary celebrating the history of fried chicken in America and those who've perfected it. We're currently traveling the country interviewing scholars, authors, farmers, and some of the nation's most acclaimed fried chicken chefs about the cultural and culinary history of this ubiquitous dish.
